Service Description

Ghibli AI is an AI-powered platform that transforms your photos into artwork inspired by the Studio Ghibli anime style. The Service includes web and mobile applications that allow you to upload photos, generate AI-styled images, and download or share the results.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account use

User Content & Responsibility

Regarding content you upload to or create through our Service:

• You retain ownership of your original photos and content.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload and use any images.
• By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, transform, and store your images to provide the Service.
• You are solely responsible for any claims, damages, or legal issues arising from your uploaded content.
• We do not claim ownership of your original content or the generated images.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or objectionable content
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our AI models
• Use automated systems to access the Service without our permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Circumvent any content moderation or security measures

Payment & Billing

By using our paid services, you agree that:

• All services are paid unless explicitly stated as free (such as daily free trials or promotional offers).

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the respective app store.

• Prices may change with notice, and continued use constitutes acceptance of new prices.

• Refunds for app store purchases are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and AI technology, is owned by Ghibli AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without permission. The "Ghibli AI" name and logo are our trademarks.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results will meet your expectations or requirements
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghibli AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Uploading prohibited content
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
